    Hello,

    I purchased a Sinkeu portable charger in December 2024. Yesterday I lost power and attempted to use the charger for the first time. Unfortunately, the unit will not stay powered on and only flickers after multiple attempts (approximately 15–20 times) to turn it on.

    This was a product I specifically relied on for situations like this, and it did not function when needed. I would like to know if I can return or exchange the unit for a replacement at no cost, as it appears to be defective.

    I hope we can find a resolution to this issue. Please let me know the next steps.
